A Large spectral guardian appears and hovers for the duration in an unoccupied space of your choice that you can see within 30 feet. Instead of using the spells Delivery to determine the casting range, the Delivery is imbued into its Guardian Protects feature. The guardian occupies that space and is indistinct except for a gleaming sword and shield emblazoned with the symbol of your deity.
Guardians Protects Any creature hostile to you that moves to a space within the spells Delivery range of the guardian for the first time on a turn must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw. The creature takes 5 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The guardian vanishes when it has dealt a total of 30 damage or the duration expires.
Delivery Exception: If this spell uses the Imbue delivery type, the Guardian Protects feature is cast through the targets weapon as normal. However, the weapon must be within 30 feet of the guardian to use this ability.
Empower: The damage and the maximum damage the guardian can deal increases by 5.
