You attempt to call forth the target’s soul and return it to its body. This requires the target’s body to be present and relatively intact. The target must have died within the past year. Roll a d100 on the Revivify Table. The result determines the effectiveness of the resurrection.
Once you cast this spell, you cannot cast it for a number of days equal to the level of the creature you attempted to resurrect (either character level or the CR of the creature, minimum of 1).
