An arc of lightning leaps from one target to another. This spell targets an additional creature 30 feet outside of the original casting range. Each target must succeed on a Basic dexterity saving throw or take 2d4 lightning damage.

Critical Failure: The target takes Critical Damage and their next attack is Hindered until the start of your next turn. Critical Success: The target takes no damage and instead stores the electricity for their next attack. Until the end of their next turn, the targets next attack deals an additional 1d4 electricity damage.

Empower: Increase the damage by 1d4 and the critical success damage by 1d4

At Higher Levels: This spell is automatically empowered by 1 level when you reach 5th level and once more at 9th level.
