Making multiple attacks in the same turn reduces your accuracy. The first attack you make on your turn has no penalty. The second attack takes a –5 penalty, and the third and any further attacks take a –10 penalty. If the weapon used for the attack has the agile trait, these penalties are reduced to –4 and –8.
All checks with the attack trait count toward this penalty, including Strikes, spell attack rolls, and certain skill actions (such as shove and Trip. Always calculate the penalty using the weapon used for that attack, not previous ones. The multiple attack penalty resets at the end of your turn and does not apply to attacks made outside your turn such as Opportunity Attacks.
