- Specializing in fighting styles and excelling in those specific styles of fighting. Should excel in being exceptionally strong or agile.

- Versatility. This class should be able to built a dozen ways while being unique in each playstyle. A fighter should be able to be built for any situation, allowing for a theoretical all fighter party. Jack of all trades masters of all.

- Can fill any gaps in a party. Healer, rudimentary spellcaster, tank.
What should this class never be allowed to do?
- Be the best option for a spellcaster or healer. A fighter CAN do these things, but he shouldn’t be the goto option.
