Fundamental: When you use your Arcane Art feature instead of providing benefits to an ally, you enrage an enemy. Choose 1 creature you can see. The target must make succeed on a Charisma saving throw or use their reaction to attack their nearest ally within range. If the target has already used their reaction, this effect is wasted. If there is no target within melee range, the target must use a ranged attack. They cannot expend movement to get within melee range.
